millk beads

beads are sold for over 5000 years. it was made of glass as early as 2340-2180 BC in Mesopotamia. the method was known as "core-forming" where they used a metal mandrel with pieces of glass and held it over a flame. Gradually as the glass softem, they would wrap it around the mandrel forming ornaments(beads).
millk also did some "core-forming" and this is what we came up with....
hie hie...our pictures also dates back to October 2011 AD...

The word protea is derived from the name of the Greek god, Proteus. He was able to foretell the future but can change shape to avoid having to. (He will answer only to someone who is capable of capturing him.)
The adjective protean means "versatile", "mutable" and "capable of assuming many forms"
The following pictures shows the "different shapes" of the protea that we were able to "capture"...

i heard the word serendipity the other day and i think it is such a positive-funky-cool also reminded me of the movie...dont know if you watched it but it is the typical girly romantic movie...try to watch it!

SE-REN-DIP-I-TY [ser-uhn-dip-i-tee] is when someone finds something that they weren't expecting to find. (In 2004 the word has been voted as one of the ten English words that were hardest to translate)
In the simplest of words, it means a "happy accident" or a "pleasant surprise".
-an aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident-
this is my serendipity moments:
simply hue- a talented, playful designer

this is so simple, but so cute!
